My name is Jeff Shue, I have been a firefighter for 30 years, and have been an EMT for 25 years. I played a primary role in the 182,000.00 dollar FEMA Grant for Oscoda Fire Department in 2002 and authored the 2004 FEMA grant. We just received 74,000.00 dollars. I have donated and maintained a website for Oscoda Fire Dept and Oscoda Area First Responders. These efforts were done on my own time for the betterment of the department.
I am the Vice President of the Oscoda Area First Responders, a donation driven non-governmental group of individuals who believe that emergency medical help is needed prior to EMS arrival. We answer over one call a day. We are completely a volunteer agency.
I have trained at Iosco Co. Central Dispatch, where I learned Emergency Medical Dispatch and county dispatch protocols and learned the difficult job they have.

Out of the bad comes good. My working with Tim London has expanded my skills and knowledge of the needs of public safety, communications planning and the general public. Tim taught me more about working with government. Most of all Tim's integrity and excellence has shown me how to better improve my skills and presence.
I am consulting in the wireless internet and communication field in northeastern Michigan. I will specialize in getting wireless to areas that never had it as well as delivering wireless to areas that need a choice. Those of you that know me know my greatest interests are public safety and technology. My job will allow me to continue with these interests.
